    You have to use English, it is a legal document.

    These are not commonly found in spanish because they are legal documents and they do not directly translate word for word so are therefore not legal. If you did find a translated one and something was translated wrong or left out then it would be a huge legal liability.

    If you have a spanish speaking tenant then you must get a translator that can explain everything and make sure they understand.
