Are there online printable legal forms ?

I need a few legal forms: for a rental agreement and a roommate agreement. Tried LawDepot.com; they’re impossible. I feel certain that this is something which can be gotten for free.

    I do not know whether you live close to a law school, but you can find just about any legal form that you may need at a law library. There are even reference librarians that will help you find what you are looking for free of charge. When you do find the form the only charge would be associated with photocopying it.
