Form1098S from Jersey not received. Sold rental prop. How do I get and is it a blank form or like a 1099?

I sold a rental property in Jersey. I live in FL. Accountant asked for a 1098S form which I don’t have. Is this like a 1099 which Jersey was to send me or is it a blank form I can download? If Jersey was to send, how to I obtain another one?

    who collects the taxes in Jersey…in California we have a Franchise Tax Board, and can contact them to receive missing forms. Contact your state’s tax collecting body. Sometimes places like local libraries have tax forms, too, or the civic center for your county.
