If the employment, prior rental, credit, income and other information is &#039;under question&#039; it can take time.
Usually, application fees are non-refundable.
It sould clearly say on the application you gave and signed.

If you feel you are well qualified, call and if needed leave message that you can help expedite any questions they have.
And you are interested and willing to give &quot;DEPOSIT&quot; money.</description>

I would give them 3 business days. And, since it&#039;s summer, she may have taken the day off today. Keep calling once a day until you get ahold of her or she calls you back.</description>
