First, it has to be determined that a transaction actually took place. Remedy (2)....Update security of your browser - - ( 5 ) You are using some type of cache software like Gator which does not refresh each time. Beyond the above, I have know idea . The program is working properly and has no trouble being accessed by 99.9% of all users. About Email Addresses I just purchased a form and when I try to access the form, I receive the following error - - " You must enter a valid e-mail address. This must be the same Address used when you purchased the Form(s)." Only (4) reasons for this error. - ( 1 ) At the time of payment, you inadvertently made a typo when you entered your email address. ( 2 ) You use an apostrophe ( ' ) in your name. ( 3 ) You have many email addresses and you don't remember which one you used at the time of purchase. ( 4 ) You inadvertently made a typo mistake while trying to access the form. Test Your Email Address: Click Here to go to our "Log-On page" - Enter your email address - Look in your Email inbox.
