• Amount of grace days before rent is delinquent ( usually 5 days )
• Late charges ( usually on a per-day basis at so much a day )
• Day of month late fee commences ( usually 1 day after grace period )
• Whether a fixed term (lease) or month to month ( rental )

• Select types of deposits and whether or not they are refundable
