• Late charges ( usually on a per-day basis at so much a day )
• Day of month late fee commences ( usually 1 day after grace period )
• What will the premises be used for ? (computer store, flower shop,etc.)
• List everything lessee will maintain ( plate glass, air conditioning etc.)
• List everything lessor will maintain ( roof, building structure, etc.)
