I just purchased a form, and then a blank screen appeared and I lost my internet connection. How do I get to my "Secret Address" ?

Solution First, it has to be determined that a transaction actually took place. Everything happens in "real time," which means that immediately after your payment transaction was completed, an e-mail message was sent confirming the order. If you did not make a mistake entering your e-mail address, ( something we all do from time to time ) then you would have received that message already. That e-mail message is your receipt and proof of purchase. Within that message you will find information near the bottom on how to access Your "Secret Online Address"

If you did not receive the above described email message, then one of three things happened.

( 1 ) The order was never completed. In this case NO Charge was incurred.

( 2 ) You inadvertently provided the wrong email address. The email confirmation is either in cyberspace or if actually valid would be sent to that address.

( 3 ) Your isp ( internet service provider ) mail service is filtering out our e-mail
