I receive an email error message

Solution I just purchased a form and when I try to access the form, I receive the following error - - " You must enter a valid e-mail address. This must be the same Address used when you purchased the Form(s)."

only (4) reasons for this error. -

( 1 ) At the time of payment, you inadvertently made a typo when you entered your email address.

( 2 ) You use an apostrophe ( ' ) in your name.

( 3 ) You have many email addresses and you don't remember which one you used at the time of purchase.

( 4 ) You inadvertently made a typo mistake while trying to access the form.
return to the access page via the "secret online address" and enter the correct email address
